Time for more sand.
Not yet. I think 25 more pounds will be the target next time.

Tuesday is normally an off day, but with the holidays coming up, I had to change things a bit.
Ouch !
That’s the way to add it. I use 10 lb increments.
Nevertheless, based on your postings I believe you’re selling yourself short. Think adding weight to pullups being more productive than doing more pullups.

So the family finished with Christmas presents and dad went into the garage for some iron time. I lowered my kroc rows and added reps.

This was the one I have waited for the since I got the sandbag. In the snow and ice. I have two personal holidays to use before the end of the year, so I was able to carry in the morning and in the daylight.
I was thinking of the whole Rocky 4 thing. My driveway and the private road were a little icy so there was some danger involved too. The top photo is my driveway and the bottom one is the private road that leads to the public road. I slid a little at one point, which woke me up.
Jeez, I don’t even sandbag when the pavement is wet. You’re tough.
Merry Belated Christmas.

Your carries really are big time, jeez.

See, that’s exactly what I was looking for. I just need a big Russian rival.

My favorite barbell is falling apart on me. The bold that holds one side in keeps coming out. I purchased a new bolt last week, and I thought it was fixed. The damn thing came out again today. I think it might be stripped inside.
I have a second barbell I don’t like nearly as much. Hopefully I can fix my good one with some lock tight. I really don’t want to spring for a new barbell, if I don’t have to.
Can you use a tap to on the hole and make it slightly bigger and use a larger bolt?
Maybe. I have a buddy who has way more tools than me. It’s something I thought about.
After I dropped a bolt-end barbell and broke the bolt, I’ve bought only bearing bars. Much longer life, especially for a strong guy like you.
