Doing 4/25 dips near workout beginning is honestly impressive.
You’re probably a good arm wrestler.

I don’t know about arms, but I used to be pretty good grappler in my day.
Do the shrugs help? Seems like your other lifts should be more effective for traps.
I tried to wrestle in college until grades started suffering.
I just like to mix them in from time to time.

Sandbag Over Shoulders: 500 steps x 150
Sandbag Bearhug Carry: 450 steps x 150
For whatever reason that was heavy tonight. I was really blowing. My quads are throbbing at this point. It was also cold out. 30 degrees tonight for Weighted Walk Monday.
Sandbag work produces quite a feeling. You’re doing great with the 150s.
I have found there is a huge difference between 100 and 150. Still, the body is amazing. I already feel myself adjusting to it.

Not surprising that you’re adjusting.

My wife had the garage door open when I got home, so it took a little while for the heater to warm things up. It was nice, however, once I got rolling.
Crippler- with your seated plate lift do you bring them up to eye level or all the way overhead? Nice rows!

I went for a one rep max day. Next week will be deload and then reset. It all felt good. My partner and I both felt I had another five to ten pounds in me. In looking at my log, this was the same as I benched in December 2019 and February 2020. Therefore, I feel good I was able to keep my strength while training at home, by myself.
