Well the distance is about right. It was, however, four sets with the sandbags, and two sets with the dumbbells. Not really that monstery.

I had today off to pick up my daughter from college. They won’t be going back until January. My gym decided not to close, so I felt like a gangster.
Kroc rows w/145? Damn! The gym I use only has dbs to 140. I feel so inadequate now.
The dumbbells only go up to 100. I use barbell handles, like I have at home to make larger dumbbells.

I had planned on front squats being more challenging. On the set of 225 I felt a sharp pain under my left knee cap. I went up to 275, but I felt it again, just taking the bar off the rack. Being in the Over 35 group means you have gained some smarts. I’ve screwed myself up before by pushing on, so I bailed. Rack pulls really didn’t hurt at all.

Sandbag Over Both Shoulders: 500 steps x 150
Sandbag Bearhug Carry: 400 steps x 150
That was my far as I have walked with the bag on my shoulders since I moved up to 150 from 100. I felt like I had a lot more, but the bag was not seated well over my shoulders. The 400 bearhug steps was over five sets.
You post like it’s time to add more sand.
