That was probably the best I have felt in weeks. My shoulders still hurt, but sometimes you just have to work past it. 345 was a little sketchy. I hit the bench on the way up on the second rep. It’s one of those times you wish someone was there to watch. Once more, however, I finish the rep and cheat death. That’s always a good thing.
Farmers Walk:
35 in each hand x 400 steps
45 in each hand x 300 steps
55 in each hand X 200 steps
65 in each hand x 100 steps
100 in each hand X 100 steps (with chain around the neck)
I am starting to look forward to Farmers’ Walk Mondays. Biker asked for the chain last week, so I broke it out. It was also 100 degrees out.
Now for a Zoom training for my teaching job. You better believe I am wearing the muscle shirt.
Still building up with a little lighter weights. I have a bunch of yard work to get done today, so I called it short. The wife and I are heading out with a couple of friends tomorrow, so it’s go time.

My wife and I enjoyed three days out of town with friends. We even went on a river float. I lost it at one point and went into the brush and into the water. I was lucky that my buddy grabbed my tube. Otherwise it would have been a three mile walk back to town.
It was 105 outside tonight. I would guess it was 95 to 100 in the garage. I have a pretty big fan, so it was not too bad.
