Crippler, I understand 21" arms require custom made shirt sleeves.

That’s why my off work uniform requires no sleeves.

I took the day off to work on the yard. We are having a small college graduation party for our son tomorrow.

It all went pretty well. I just did a half rep at 385, for safety reasons.

That was it. I hit it real fast to get some more work done around the house.

I am in serious need of more dumbbells. Topping out at 65 is just not cutting it.

Adjustable Olympic DB handles are more economical than set weight. I little bit of a pain to add plates, but more cost effective.
I used to add the weight by adding the smaller plates first ,then the 25s or 35s. That made more room to grip the handle.

Perhaps not ideal but. do you have any bands you can add? for additional resistance?

Thanks guys. I am going to buy some dumbbell handles tonight. I might also get some bands. I was just telling my wife, the way things are going I may not see the gym the rest of the year.

Front Squats:
135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225 x 10, 255 x 5, 285 x 5, 325 x 1, 355 x 1, 225 x 10

Leg Extensions:
4 sets x 10 reps x 180

Lunges:
4 sets x 10 reps x 45 in each hand

355 was the most I have every front squatted. It was only about 3/4 depth, but it was still a bunch to hold onto.

I am maxed out on vacation time at work, so I was “forced” to take another Friday off. I have some guys coming over today to take out a couple trees.

Bench was good and strong. I got it done before it was too hot outside

I ordered two dumbbell handles and a new band. The band should be here Tuesday and the handles the following week.

Landmine Press:
45 x 25, 70 x 25, 70 x 25, 80 x 25, 90 x 25

Standing BB Hold (as long as possible):
315, 355, 405, 455, 525

Suitcase Carry:
4 x 65 in each hand (unknown how far I walked, out of the garage and back)

I took yesterday off and went to the range. It’s always a good day when you get to shoot some stuff.

I cut things short because my buddy from work came over to help me weld my bench. It’s not pretty, but we got it fixed.

My barbell handles came the other day, so it was nice to do some heavy kroc rows again. I was a little worried, because the only place I could really find them and get them soon was the Walmart website. They arrived pretty fast and appear to be really good quality.
