Lunges:
4 sets x 10 reps x 55 in each hand

I really didn’t fell like zerchers tonight. I wanted 10 reps at 315 but there was no way.

Your home workouts read about same as your commercial gym’s. Best of both would be workout buddies coming over to train when it’s safe. Maybe chip in for some equipment.

Sorry biker I am back to hitting it after work. The early morning sessions was a one week experiment. Except on weekends when 0800 is still my thing.

Early am workouts don’t impress neighbors anyway. Ha.

Yep. The husband of one of my employees gave me one yesterday. I smoked it while mowing. It was really good.

Just changing things up. I have been doing a bunch of reps since the garage training started. I switched to one rep, and I’ll add five pounds a week. It was pretty easy.

This was my first time doing shrugs behind the back. I’m just looking for ways to change things up.

Maybe some cleans? Any way to add dips?

Separately, I have heard a lot lately that zinc supplements seem to be a good defense against the virus. I assume you’re still on ZMA.

Cleans are probably a good idea. They preached them when I played football. They are a good measure of strength. I just have not tried them in about 20 years. I really don’t have an area for dips, other than on the side of the bench. Bench dips really don’t count.

Yes, take ZMA. I have read how zinc fights off illness.

The last couple were not too pretty. In fact I am going to dial it down so I can complete 10 good reps.

Thanks to modern technology I was able to have a phone conference call and workout at the same time.

Here you can go down to the thrift store and buy a old man walker for less tha $5. Folds up when you’re done works pretty good for dips.

Crippler’s usual shirtsleeve buster beach workout.
