I decided to change my forum title. Just because.
Your new title makes me speechless.
It’s why we are all here…

Deadlift:
135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 315 x 1, 345 x 1, 380 x 3, 355 x 3, 325 x 5
That’s all for today. I have a day filled with yard work ahead.
We made the almost four hour trip to WSU yesterday to get the rest of our daughter’s stuff from her dorm room. It was crazy how few people are out and about. Hopefully this strategy works. My mother made some really cool masks she is giving to friends and family.

The guy from work set me up with a bunch of plates last night. They are the old Weider ones, but that’s ok, they are free. I am going to paint them this weekend, and they will good as new. I think I should have over 550 pounds now.

It was really nice today, and a great day to train in the garage with the door open.
I’m sweating a lot in my garage w/door open, but it does feel good to work out in more air.
I have to admit, I like it. I either watch television or blast my music real loud. Of course I miss the nicer equipment and my buddies.

Another great day after work. I worked out in sunny 75 degree weather.
3/11/20
Bench:
240 x 10, 240 x 9, 240 x 8, 240 x 7, 240 x 6, 240 x 5, 240 x 4, 240 x 3, 240 x 2, 240 x 1
375 x 1 (half rep)
Pullovers:
4 sets x 10 reps x 65
Push Ups:
2 sets x 50 reps
I’m still keeping things light for safety reasons. I find my count down from 10 thing is a good workout. By the end I can feel it. I got stupid at the end and wanted to feel some heavy weight again. I only went down part way on 375 so I wouldn’t get stuck.
100 pushups after benching 240 x 55 reps. I’m impressed.
4/12/20

My legs were a little tired going in, but it wasn’t too bad.
Happy Easter everyone.

Another great 75 degree day. I had the garage door open and blasting some tunes. I must admit I kind of like the home gym. I just miss the guys I’ve been friends with for a lot years.

I haven’t done one of these in a while, and the first one at home. Hopefully the neighbors saw me walking around like a freak with the chain over my shoulders.
The neighbors saw you.
I can only hope. I want Tom (the guy to the east) thinking there is something wrong with me.

It was super nice outside again today, and a great day to train with the garage door open.
I got to meet up with one of my gym buddies today. He’s the guy who is a trainer and puts on the boot camps. I have a young officer at work, who I am not sure it going to pass the physical test at the academy. I asked my friend to stop by with some business cards. Hopefully this young man takes my advise and calls him to get in better shape.
We had a great talk, and are both looking forward to the gym opening.
