What the hell? Has anyone else been having problems with this page or was it just me?
Sometimes mine will load the header and nothing else. There is a thread at top where other people are having problems too.
That’s exactly what I had.

Bench:
135 x 10, 185 x 5, 225 x 3, 245 x 1, 275 x 3, 315 x 2, 375 x 1, 245 x 3, 225 x 5, 135 x 50
I can finally get back on this thing. I’ve continued with boot camp during the week. I am thinking of taking the next eight week session off.
Today’s bench was interesting. I felt kinda tired. I was not sure how things were going to pan out. 315 was super easy, so it gave me some confidence at 375. It went up pretty solid. I’ll deload on bench next week.

Rant of the day: You should not do curls at the squat rack. If you think you must (and you shouldn’t), rack your weights. You just broke two fundamental rules of being a gym goer.
Every time I go to the little gym in town I have to put things away before I start to warm up. Frustrating to say the least.

Not bad for after work.
On a side note. Yesterday I was in Seattle, AKA the coronavirus of the US. I may be in the minority here, but this thing is so overblown. Wash your hands, and stay home from work if you get sick. DONE!
Doctor friend in Seattle said about same thing yesterday. He expects cases to spike there in next seven days.
If you take the one nursing home out, there have only been a couple of cases. Thus far the only people dying are the elderly or those with other issues. Those of us that are in good shape have nothing to fear.
I got the flu a month and a half ago while I was over there. How do I know I did not have it? I just got real sick and powered through it. I wonder how many people have gotten it, got sick, recovered and moved on. They, like me, never saw a doctor and made it just fine.

Last night I attended boot camp and it about killed me. Tuesdays is all cardio and no weights. I think my buddy was punishing us, because Saturday I told him the civic center boot camps were way easier than the park. He proved me wrong last night.
Reads like a sweat show here.
Stay mindful of that virus.
I’m good. I might be ignorant on this, but I’m really not worried about it. I’m just pissed my kids’ schools have gone online. I get it, they don’t want to get anyone sick or get sued. I just feel bad the college experience has been ruined.

All pretty easy. Now to fight the hordes at the store.
Keep washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap. I’m doing that like never before. I keep thinking the gym is a great place to catch it, even with the large number of doctors and advance degreed members, but we’re not in an affected area so far.
Got out of car at Costco yesterday to get toilet paper and realized my wallet was in office. Parking lot was absolutely packed.
Thanks for the stretching video. I’ll try that.
