Same as bench. Starting to build for 2020.

Reverse Pulldowns:

Seated Pulls:

BB Shrugs:

This was followed with a bunch of yard work. My wife is not familiar with the idea that Labor Day is a day off from labor.

Sorry no one told your wife about Labor Day. It rained at my place so I had to eat and workout. Then watch movies.

Boot Camp

Tonight was probably the hardest one. It was all cardio and no weights. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to lift again this week with work and one more night of boot camp.

The wife and I are going to Pullman to see the WSU game and our daughter Saturday morning. It’s a three hour drive to there will be no lifting prior to leaving. I may try to get one in Friday after work.

Boot Camp

I was going to get the gym after work today (Friday). We used a bunch of weights at boot camp, so my arms were waisted. I’ll skip it today.

Boot Camp

Tonight was the second to last session. We’ll see if I sign up for the next session. It’s just a matter of finding time. I like the challenge and really being pushed.

Weight loss total?

11 pounds. I gained a couple on my trip to visit my daughter, but 11. I am thinking of taking a month off, and then do it again the following month. I’ve been really busy, and being home a little would be nice.

Boot Camp

It was my last one for six weeks. It moves indoors next month. I think I have my wife talked into going with me when I go back. It’s good, hard work, but has taken away some of my gym time.

Bench Against Band (3 second pause):

I got off my game at first. I arrived at the gym, set my stuff down and my phone rang. An employee said the training officer did not arrive to let them in the building as he was supposed to for training this morning. I had to run home, grab my keys, and run down to the office.

I calmed down after an hour or so. Some young man and I are going to have a chat Monday morning. It won’t be nice.

All I can recall from the LSAT test were all the good looking women taking it with me. Didn’t see as many in law school.

Your son should do well. Tell him to keep a balance between work and home life. I have and life’s been good. I once heard in a seminar that a young lawyer has the choice of keeping his first wife or making partner in a large law firm. I’ve never had the obligation of meeting 3000 billable hours in one year.

He’s pretty stressed out. We’ll all be glad when its over.

I got the day off from work because the wife and I fly out to Vegas again today. I need a few days away. I do, however, plan on destroying my diet the next four days.

Back in the gym after a great vacation. I have already lost the Vegas weight.

I love Vegas, but the recovery is harder and harder the older I get.
