Hit a new snatch PR today by 2.5kg! Tried going for 100 a few times but missed them, they all felt so close ![]()

I’m hammering pulls as I’m going to avoid over head work for 4 weeks or so, let my right shoulder heal up properly.

Full rooster mode engaged lol. What’s with the bar coming forward on the 1st pull though? Ever try starting with the bar closer to the toes?
haha ya I don’t even notice myself yelling until I watch the video.
I have started the bar over the toes more, but I was coached to pull it back closer to my shins. Since then, I’ve snatched considerably more consistently and a few PRs. I have thought about moving it out a little again, because I don’t like the bar moving out on the first pull either.
