I like to focus on my scapula protracting and rotating up liftinf my humerus, foreaem, hand, and load upward… kind of like my mid traps are dragging my hands and weight up. Have to go much lighter to execute but makes the movement much more effective.
Got blood work back. Nothing alarming but certainly some indicators that my body would like a little break
Hemoglobin slighlty low (surprised)
Hematocrit slightly low (surprised)
RDW slightly high
Neut/lymph ratio rather high
Glucose good
BUN slightly high
Creatinine slightly high
Blood protein amd albumin slightly low (surprised)
LDL in range
HDL tanked
AST in range
ALT high
Hba1c high, guess is this is due to the borderline anemic hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. Hope once i get it sorted it will get to a better spot
Prolactin high
Estradiol high but in acceptable range for me
SHGB tanked
Insulin in range
Going to pull back to 450 test e and 300 primobolan a week. Gh and insulin protocol will stay the same.
Based on some reading i am thinking that the hemoglobin and hematocrit are a redukt of exercise induced anemia and a combination of quick increase in BW. Going to increase iron from red meat and stay around this BW for 6 weeks before retesting.
Otherwise feel great but want to make sure i set myself up for a long productive offseason
After feedback from trusted medical professional. I now feel confident that i can continue to push. If anyone is interested into details of that concersation i am more than happy to share.
Going to redesign the dosages to 300 test c/day and 150 primo/day 2100 and 1050 respectively.
Gh and insulin will remain high and in play.
Starting wk 3/5 of a high frequency program today. This 2nd week proved to be challenging, my body is definitely adapting to the stimulus. Added 5lbs and stole a rep when i could.
Getting really good at maximizing exercises and getting the most out of all my sets.
Novolin R has a lot of utility as well, i wouldnt think results would be too different if you took the time to dose it about 2-3 times a day, diet dependent over a course of use.
I have never noticed too much of a difference between any brand of HGH to be honest.
I also really enjoy Pauls channel very infotaining. Broderick as well, very strong opinions that he defends well.
Wed is my off day from training, it is lower calorie, HGH, and no insulin. It is after a high day which directly oppose low days with high activity, high food, higher HGH, and very high insulin.
The last 2 wednesdays i noticed that right around meal 4 (3:30-4pm) I have had this strange sensation of feeling my body growing. It is hard to describe in words, but it the sensation is as if i feel like my muscles are soaking up nutrition like a minor pump all over.
Both times shortly after this sensation i have succumbed to a strong urge to take a nap. I have fallen asleep and awaken 30 minutes later feeling incredibly hungry and still sleepy. This feeling lingers the rest of the day. I will intermittenty nap and eat meals 5 and 6 in between.
This does not affect my normal bed time, still.fall asleep on schedule and sleep throuhg the night.
I wake up feeling great.
For example i felt wrecked from trainiing this week. It went well and i hit all progressions and stole some reps here and there. But yesterday morninf my quads, hams, back, and clacicukar girdle were all sore and i was wondering if i needed to modify training to survive the rest of the block. When i woke up this AM, it was almost enitrely gone.
I have some theories/hypothesis on what is happening but am curious to hear anyone elses thoughts
Do you think there’s a possibility that your skeletal body is actually growing? This seems the only explanation I could think of, given my lack of knowledge in this area.
I have a hunch that the actions of tuesday high carb/calorie, high output training, and high GH/insulin are manifesting the day after… i have another high day on saturday, the following day is a medium day/training day, i am going to consciously pay attention to how my body feels on sunday. Curious to wonder what.it implicates if the feeling is different from the tuesday to wednesday noticing
Maybe I am the only one wondering this, but I feel that I am not alone. And to preface, this is with no disrespect/sleight intended, only plain curiosity…
With those levels of AAS, and ESPECIALLY the very high levels/usage of GH and insulin, may I ask why the need for such high dosages if you are a men’s classic competitor? I competed for several years in Men’s Open SHW class on the state then the national level but I gotta say, I thought I had run some pretty big cycles but yours blows mine away. Is there a reason you don’t choose to compete in Open Bodybuilding?
For example, in my offseason I got up to ~290-300lbs but I still could see an outline of my abs, so I didn’t turn into the pillsbury doughboy and I stepped onstage in the high 240’s and probably max at 253 [at 5’11]. It’s been years since then, but if I recall an example of my offseason PED use was:
1200mg Test Enanthate/wk
800mb Equipoise
for the first wk 1-6 100mg anadrol/day
GH: 6iu’s/day
then precontest I kept up the GH until 2 weeks out and ran:
150mg Test prop EOD
100mg Tren A EOD
100mg Winstrol(inj) EOD
and of course clen and T4 with all the requesite 2 1hr cardio sessions 6 days a week(stepmill or high-incline treadmill)
I was just curious is all. The diet looks pretty on-point. The training is a bit different than what I guess you would call the standard bodybuilding meat and potatoes with some of the lifts/workouts you posted (but maybe that is for classic?).
And as for my unsolicited bodybuilder advice regarding your physique…legs…looking great! I would say to focus on chest thickness, overall lat thickness (rack pulls/deads/t-bar rows heavy) and arms, increasing bicep and tricep overall size. Your arms are like mine, they don’t have the pretty peak of like a flex or a crazy horseshoe but what I did was work my ass off to just get them big since you can’t control your insertions/genetics.
Well, hopefully I did not intend as that was not my intention, and I’ve enjoyed reading your progress. Take care.
