I’ve actually dropped two pounds since yesterday, so some of it was probably bloating and water retention from the endless pizza and various other Italian takeout and cold cuts. Oh, and wine. I seriously DID look pregnant. I have four kids. I know what it looks like!

That is legit one of my goals for 2021. Need more fat so I can build.

Yeah, I was only being partly facetious. I would happily vote for someone who transforms in a direction other than the normal ‘I cut 10 kilo and here are my abs’. I mean, that is impressive, too, but there are other ways to make progress.

Well you have to accomplish something other than just getting enormously fat! I can do that much myself!

I’m talkin lean mass baby. The kind that makes women glance at me and switch between thoughts of “does he lift? Is that fat? Wait a second… dem traps and shoulders do look nice”

Of course lean mass means adding lean mass onto a not lean body :joy::joy::joy:

I don’t know how any of that works. I seem able to get sorta strong at some things, but otherwise I suck at everything.

If anyone needs coaching, this is a topic I am very comfortable with.

I think the last guy to go big in this was Mark (I think) the big aussie PL’r.

That was a couple of years ago though.

I’ve dropped several lbs. (like 6) in the last couple of days too, after a cruddy last week.

I still need a few days on the bike to get back to normal though.

But I’m cleared to resume as of today!

Well, here it’s barely winter anyway (like 15°C), freaking climate change right?

Honestly these kind of pics are the stuff that shake once and for all any misconceptions like “you can’t do cardio and build muscle”, “you can’t be strong and lean”, “you have to train harder”…

I have started doing more cardio already and reaped it’s benefits, now I won’t be afraid to lose weight thinking I might perform shitty anymore
