I’m down ~4lbs scale weight so far, still fat, just a little less fat.
Plan so far: Direct carbs and total cals have been reduced, no beer, and I’ve been getting my 3 workouts/week in more consistently.
I don’t know whether my low energy is due to the reduction in cals or the fact that I’m in my 7th straight week of working nights. Most likely, the latter.

I’m down about 2 pounds, but I’m just now starting to cut down calories. So far I’ve transitioned to my cutting style diet (without cutting calories) and transitioned my training more towards bodybuilding. Time to start pushing some fasting and conditioning a little.
Yesterday ate 3 burgers. Today pizza and ice cream. I’m down 0 lbs.
Also gym most likely open until april according to latest news so…
Gotta pump those numbers up!
Yesterday I had:
Chick fila breakfast burrito with grilled chicken, a yogurt, extra grilled chicken filet, cream cheese bagel, and a Coke Zero
Half chicken with bbq sauce, steak fries, coleslaw, and a Coke Zero
Moes home wrecker bowl with double rice, double steak, double ground beef, and double chicken. Plus lots of toppings
And a couple snacks here and there ![]()

Idk, sound like a great cutting diet for me- I’d get through the first meal and maybe some of the second, it comes out the other end after an hour, then it’s an involuntary alternating day fast
