Official 2021 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

Every year I tell myself I’ll enter this - and every year I fail to do so. My goals are just not that “aesthetic” based. I might add a few more lb of muscle - but its always going to be under a healthy layer of “insulation”. Partly as my weight class lets me. But also I lack the determination to do anything about it.

That said - good luck to you all. I hope you all achieve what you set out to!

Followed by dessert - 4 Tbsp PB fit, 1 scoop vanilla whey, and enough milk to make a sludge.

I had to put my wife’s half back in the pan for a few minutes and that made me sad. In our time together I’ve converted her from medium to rare, but she hasn’t quite made the jump to “still mooing” yet.

I refuse to cook my brother eggs because it makes me sad to have to break the yolk and cook it through

Right, you guys are in trouble now - just bought an air dyne for the flat. Now there are no excuses not to get HIIT sessions in…realistically time will tell whether it becomes a fancy (and shit) clothes horse.

I borrowed a spin bike from the gym during our first lockdown, had it for about 2 months, used it 6 times max. Became a very heavy and annoying to move clothes horse that constantly reminded me I should have been doing more cardio.

Having once been an airdyne owner, I found the excuse was that I didn’t want it to sound like I was mowing the lawn inside my house.

Took it for a test spin this evening and you’re right - in the confines of a back bedroom they’re overpoweringly loud - couldn’t hear the tunes at top volume over it. Thankfully we don’t have neighbours on that side as otherwise I imagine we’d be having comments.

There’s nothing you can do - you’ve gotta stop doing conditioning. Maybe bow out of taking any after pictures while you’re at it. I wish there was another way, but, unfortunately, we just won’t have to compare our pics to yours this year…

The Airdyne is so effective that I’m actually struggling to put on weight and that’s me only doing 3 LSS sessions a week
