Speaking of Peanut Butter, I am entering “phase 2” of my diet where the only change I will be making is not buying any more peanut butter, for at least a month. I honestly think this could result in about 6-8 pounds of fat loss next month… Its just too dangerous to keep in the house any more.

I just put a batch of banana bread in the oven and my only regret is that I didn’t put peanut butter in the batter
