I don’t want to make excuses, but it was impossible for me to work out in a gym for over two months. I have no tangible progress in my development. After all, I lost about 5 kilograms.

Late to the party, but I made it!
Apologies for the different settings, but I tried to get as much light in as I could. Compared to the first picture.
First one is 187lbs if I remember correctly
Second one is me this morning sitting at 180lbs. Granted I look bigger in the second, probably due to some angle discrepancies, but also because I think I’ve added a decent bit of muscle. Maybe 1-2 pounds, but hell I’ll take it.

We had 40 finalists for the 2020 challenge out of 59 starters. Our best “retention rate” so far! You guys kicked ass through everything, and I mean everything, this year threw at us. Great work.
