Well here is my after, Iāll have to weigh in the morning since Iāve just eaten.
Before for reference, lighting is a fair bit better in the after but not in the same house as the before for lockdown.
Considering Iām roughly the same weight I think Iāve done Ok, though Iām sure the tan helps.

The legs are impressive, but many bodybuilders get striations like that. How many 10 packs do you see?
Hello, Chris. I am not doing the after. I am probably too late and I apologise.
I mostly managed to gain fat as I binge-ate like a speed demon during a few unfortunate short lay-offs. Shoddy quality of final check-in (no legs
) but uploading to have a point of reference for myself next year instead.

203 down to 186, primarily from not really eating most of the day (been trying not to use the word ārationingā) and 25-ish minute workouts most days of the week.
But at least I still feel like, if I entered fitness competition with my kidsā friendsā dads, Iād win. So I got that going for me.
