I missed @anna_5588’s post before your own, and I thought you were talking to me.
I was ready to say, “I know I’m sorry, I’m a pussy, I should have done Deepwater when I could…” Hahaha

Dude, I was just about to edit my post to say that pwns advice was spot on but Samuls work ethic did all the heavy lifting.
Everyone should do Deep Water. Says the guy with no intention to do Deep Water anytime soon.
Deep water is very tempting
Until you actually do it, I guess
Well, at least I’ll be limited by actual ability, not stupid grip strength
I haven’t run Deep Water so take this as you will.
Reading the program, and all that goes into it, unless you (as in “you (@anna_5588)” specifically, rather than “you” generally) go into that program without making it your mission to put on bodyweight every single week I hypothesise that wouldn’t be good for you.
To be less than coy, I believe it’d be an absolute tragedy because whereas someone who made the (accidental) mistake of running it and not fueling themselves properly they’d go “oh, I guess this isn’t for me”, and proceed to do something else.
However, from my understanding of how you are wired based on what you write on these boards I’m presuming that you’d instead dig yourself deeper into recovery debt by pushing on despite your body telling you every which way that it cannot sustain this effort which would ultimately cause you to regress, or get injured. Either way, it’d cement you further away from reaching your goals.
Meanwhile, if @dagill2 were to run it I do not think the reminder to add bodyweight is necessary because I trust that he’ll eat to support his training.
Deep Water sounds like a fucking nightmare. Ya’ll are nuts.
Mate, I’d eat enough to support all of your training.
I do miss being able to eat the way I could eat while I was on that program.
But I also like not spending 13 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes thinking about my next squat workout.
First pic is back at my start of t-ransformation challenge and next two are me today right after work. Weighed 203.5 about fifteen mins ago, so I’m up maybe 2.5-3 lbs ish. I’m excited to see where everyone ends up at!!
Are those some abs I see poking through there? Good work man.
Thanks dagill, it wasn’t really in the plan but I guess I’ll take any sort of progress I can get haha!!
Wish I knew how to do cool poses like @samul tho. I look like I’m in a police line up
haha believe me, the side bicep one is pretty much the only one i can pull off looking decently
Looks like you gained a little muscle and leaned out a bit. The holy grail. Good job.
Thanks man, like I said, that was not my plan but I’m ok with it haha. Is it really that unusual for that to happen?
I quite liked it. I felt a bit weird doing it, well, not so much weird, but more like ironic-ish, because the whole philosophy of it, kind of juxtapositions my own viewpoints and thoughts about things.
I also felt weird because I was under the impression that you’re supposed to kind of loath the whole thing deep down inside, but I just didn’t. Like at all.
A program that doubles as a philosophy lesson? That’s my type of program!!!
I have a feeling that I won’t hate it much either
It sure is for me
Lol could it be because you’re already muscular as hell?
