I’ve been in “diet starts Monday” mode for the past 4 mondays, but this time I meant it. Been doing a lot of yardwork at least and started some home workouts with the limited equipment i have. I feel like I’ll be back in the swing of things after this week. It’s been somewhat difficult keeping the same food shopping and cooking routine but I’m back in to the meal prep for the most part.

I hope everyone and their families are doing ok.

Jan to April. I guess Im getting wider. Scale is staying the same. Definitely feel stronger. Whatever. On to the next day

I got sick the last two weeks and stress-ate several kilos while being completely immobile. So my bulk succeeded in a scale weight sense, but it wasn’t that much muscle.

I did the exact same thing, minus the illness so I guess I win?

I’ve been eating too much cake. Sounds dumb, but there it is.

Also was playing on my kids scooter, then started into jumping some rope. That all went great for a few hundred hops then a muscle bunch in my calf tore.

So I waited about a week till it felt better and promptly reinjured it. :joy:

Still holding steady at +4-5 lbs. Over where I began.

Today I decided all I’ll eat is baked goods until noon. Then protein at dinner. My cals will be super low, but my macros will be 60P, 300C, 15F, or 1360 cals. I am stuffed and super satisfied. Not sure why I haven’t done this before.

You sure about that on the caloric total? I only ask because I may be wrong on the macro values. I thought carbs were 4 cal/gram, pro 6 and fat 10.

I haven counted cals in about a month and a half,I just do a spot check for my range and land at about 21-2200 eack time.

P 60 x 4 = 240
C 300 x 4 = 1200
F 15 x 9 = 135

240 + 1200 + 135 = 1575.

I was a bit off. Shit, now I can’t have my steak. Or… I need to run tonight.

I’m sorry. That does create a problem,cause I really like steak and really don’t like running. :joy:

Don’t forget that 1g of alcohol has 7 calories. Gotta account for that.

Gained back 3lbs since work shutdown. Think it all went to my traps though because I’ve been doing high frequency deads and farmers

I’m finding it very hard to keep my eating down with everything thats going on. But I’m down to 107.7kgs. I started this at 118 or 119 something like that.

3 days ago. Slowly losing weight. I’m thinking 4-5 more kilos. Abs and especially legs are blurry. Don’t train as hard as I’m used to but I make up by a better diet

Still chugging along here, not doing anything super drastic and not shooting for anything super dramatic at the end but I’m right on track to be in pretty good shape. Will probably up the cardio a bit and just continue to eliminate the little treats that always seem to find a way to be around me\ from here on out, and if I can lose another 1-1.5" on the belt line I’ll be in good position.
