Official 2020 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

I’m thinking of not trying to lose any weight, just progress lifts and maintain weight, could I still have cookies?

I know it’s silly so I wasn’t going to say anything, but…


WhoopWhoop Finally made it. Goal!!! Good Lord it seems like it took a long time to get here. Now, I will start to try to clean things up a bit and add in some more conditioning to burn off some of the pudge.

Well then you should have just stopped weighing yourself with your shoes and clothes on and 131 would have been easier to reach.

Unless… you wanted to bulk to this weight?

Yes! I have been dirty bulking for well over a year now to get here. The last four pounds have been a bitch! I reduced the volume on the six werk superhero program and I think that’s what finally did it.

Me this was the last bulk I did. I Just get too fat. Now i want to diet to 10 -12, stay at maintenance and be patient

There’s definitely fat… lol but I will take it! At least people have stopped asking me if I am sick or have cancer.
This is the like the fifth time I have had to start over. I was trying to think, it’s been at least nine years since have been this heavy. The third time I started at 90lbs. I have come a long way. And damn proud of it!

What has your diet been like CL to get there. It’s very hard for some to gain weight.

Congrats on finally hitting one thousand three hundred ten pounds. Doing pullups must be really tough at that weight.

It’s been ugly…lol
The only rules have been:

  1. I eat at least a pound of meat a day
  2. Eat lunch, no skipping meals, even if it means fast food
  3. Eat everything on my plate don’t stop until I get it down even if I am full

Annndddd, there has been some ice cream, peanut m&ms, and french vanilla coffee creamer along the way…lol

I’m trying to gain a bit too. So far I’m up from 170-171 to 179-180. I weighed in at this much this afternoon.


But had had a few meals in already. I wasn’t hoping to see 180 until maybe the next month or so, but I was proven wrong lol

Another thing creatine can help with that is less noticably is surely recovery. If it increases water retention, that’ll in general be better for all kinds of cells.

And for all the kiddies following along at home with the T Nation home-game™, water retention is a good thing when trying to build.

Intracellular is good.

Extracellular is bad.

Biceptses swole good.

Ankles, wrists, hands etc. Bad.

I just found out I am very much allergic to things containing pine nuts. First time having hives form on my head.

Which is exactly why I have decided to just start injecting the creatine straight into my biceps. I’ll let you know how it goes.
