Had a few friends over for takeout and drinks last night. Wife gets the nandos but they get the order wrong and give us two extra whole chickens and sides. I always complain she doesn’t order enough so make it my mission to finish everything on the table. After I have eaten 1 and a half chickens and chips and rice, I check the boxes and there is still 2 chickens to go. I am thinking I am really off my game. I eat another half a chicken and then I have to admit defeat. Wife starts laughing and says she realised there were 2 extra about half way through but wanted to see how for I would go. Had the meat sweats for the next 2 hours !!

You were right, the sides deff effected my meat eating abilities. Had I been clever enough to realise there was extra chicken at the start I would have changed my strategy !! :pig:

Just finished my weekly trip to Aldi. After the 2 McDerbs debacle I realized the diet was a loss and the next logical step was to buy 10 boxes of cereal.

It’s already been a month guys, if you haven’t met your goals by now it’ll probably never happen. Join me and eat the shame away!

I just knocked down a Jalitos Ranch burger, onion rings, and a blizzard. That was a quick 1,800 calories.

I meal prepped like 4 lbs of chicken and 3lbs of veggies then ordered Indian food with Naan and some fried cheese things I’ve never tried before…

Jealous, I haven’t had a blizzard yet this year… I know where every DQ is off I5 from Redding to Vancouver. Hate to admit why.

I wonder if the meat sweats is such a stressful event that the cortisol release makes it into a non-anabolic, and possibly even catabolic, event.

There was definitely growth last night but It was all in my stomach !!
