Official 2020 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

Missed this, im in

photo is in my 2020 log!

Not intentionally. I keep increasing calories and losing weight. First world problems.

This is the thing dreams are made of

Me, but I have the same problem as @dagill2. I blame my recent weight loss on injuries making my body require a greater caloric intake.

I’m down 2-3 pounds and have added some front delt stretch marks. Carnivore is feeling pretty good over 2 weeks in.

I am not cutting shit until I reach 130lbs. I have been stuck at 126-127 for several months, even then, I am shooting for more of a recomp than a cut

I’m actually up 3-4 lbs, but I’ve been slacking due to some kind of bug that has been kicking my butt.

Up 2 or 3lbs. Hitting good prs most sessions so all in all going pretty good. A pretty lean 78kg at the minute.

Not cutting, but got sick plus all the grappling and I’m down 4 lbs when I was trying to gain 5. Just going to start drinking olive oil or something

Alright, FINE, you jerks, I will not blow it off for today because I don’t feel like it. Even though I DON’T feel like it.

I won’t bother with pics, but I actually do feel more like myself, and have noticed I’m happier in fitted clothes again. I think I’ve lost .6 lbs since my ā€œbeforeā€ but I feel like I’m starting to enjoy some minor recomp.

I’ve been meticulously counting calories for the last 2 weeks.

Actually enjoying the process and saving money as well.

OMAD has laid the foundation for mastering hunger so to speak.

GIMME THOSE FUCKING ABS

Did the long island guy call the manhole cover a sewer cap?

No, it was actually the hole, not the cover. A big fiberglass tube. When the broker said haul a manhole I laughed and asked… how do you haul a hole?

Same, but I still manage to say Dude and Bro way more than a suburban '80s kid has any reason to. For my money, I’ve always thought that The Island’s own Billy Joel has a prototypical ā€œLong Island accentā€.

On topic, I’m down a pound without necessarily trying to cut weight. Just getting back into the swing of things overall. Always used the February Check-In thread as a real ā€œhow’re things really starting offā€ marker once the ball’s rolling.

Was down 6lbs first week, thought I’d better pace myself so have put 3 back on.

I did not blow it off, and am happy to announce that my gunz are probably approaching the 3" mark!

This challenge has been helpful for me. I don’t like to fail.

No cut here, Strength is the only goal. Doubt I’ll look any different at the endšŸ˜‚

I’m not necessarily on a cut. I’m just trying to make better choices with food. I’m cool with shaving off a couple of pounds, but I’d really like to hit some of my strength goals

I have now gotten comfortable squatting 10x10 of anything between 200-225lbs. And I’m pretty sure I’m stuck in a permanent state of soreness, that I’ve just come to accept.

Damn! I’d be happy to squat thatfor one!
