Official 2020 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

I have this picture in my logs somewhere, but I couldn’t find the link so I’ll just post it here.
This was around January of last years transformation challenge.

I was somewhere between 185-187, and held that weight for half of last year, up until I had issues with a relapse. So I’ll use this picture as a starting point, since it was my last photo taken of me in a healthy mental/physical state.

Currently I’m Just battling between a rock and a hard place, and pushing towards recovery once more. So whatever that manifests itself as physically, concerning my overall look, I’ll take it.

Come on, let me get involved. The photos are from a few minutes ago. I am 178 cm tall and weigh 110 kg, which were measured this morning. My goal is clear and it is to remove excess fat, which is a lot. At the same time, I want to preserve my muscles and even increase them. As you can see I have a lot of energy reserves in the form of fat. With a good diet and proper workouts, I think this can be achieved.

How? That’s usually one meal for me. :joy:

In!

Been a long time reader whilst going through the many ups and downs of my physique - I am at a pretty low point at the moment in that regard.

42 years, 6 ft, 230 lbs as of this morning. Target will be to get to 200lbs . I will start a log to keep myself accountable.

Appreciate everyone who is taking part and looking forward to the journey!

It’s cause I don’t eat meat or dairy. So unless I actively try to eat protein, I end up having a low-protein diet

I see

I’m in again. Only trying to improve on last year’s submission. I’ll get a current pic up in my log as soon as I can.

Starting in a better spot than this time last year. Time to make something happen.

Goals are conditioning based.
I hit my long time goal of a 500+ squat (off a box but I don’t give a shit) so end range strength can sit back for a while
Back on HIIB to blow up the lungs
Last time I think I got down to the mid 70s by the end of the challenge, if I get that way again I’m expecting to see more muscle, I think my abs and legs are thicker but we’ll see

If that is your starting point then I’ll just get me coat. Thanks

If we weren’t all the same like minded (by that I mean adolescent mind) then this comment would seam really odd. But it just made me laugh.

Appreciate it, will definitely look at those logs when I get a chance

nice. I’m 41, a half inch shorter and our before pictures look pretty identical except i think you’ve got a bit more muscle. I started at 194. Let’s do this!

Do you have a goal weight in mind? I’m hoping for a highly unlikely 170lbs.

That’s funny, that’s exactly my goal weight also…except i plan on hitting it by 2/26 when i go on my honeymoon. I’m doing keto with calorie restriction although my wife and I like to imbibe a few drinks on the weekends so I’m not going to be super strict with it.

Sorry for the late pics, I’ve been working out of an injury for the past couple months and ended up loosing 12lbs on Accutane!, so this T-ransformation may be interesting, well… I hope so.
