Leg days are for curls.
Do you have a log? I’d be interested to see how much running you do - I tend to either get into shape or to build some muscle, but I do one to the great expense of the other.

Yes, my log is called “a Skinny Fat’s Journey To Hokuto Renkitoza” (hokuto Renkitoza was the place where kenshiro and raoh were training in Fist of the north star) but I don’t keep track of my running workouts in it because this job is done by an app on my phone. Simply, I try to run AT LEAST two times per week (on non weight training days) , setting one hour timer and trying to run as many km as possible. Usually I run 12-13 km in one hour, depending on my stress level and consecutive night shifts done at my job.
Wow that’s fantastic. 9 lbs of solid muscle in about a year. You can’t do much better than that! You absolutely smashed it my man.

Voting thread is up and live:
I used my best judgment with the pics, only cropping when necessary to compare more accurately.
63 folks started the thing, 35 finished it. All these excuses y’all came up with, “I had a new baby”, “I had abdominal surgery”, “I was too busy setting PR after PR and didn’t want to cut”… Pffft, whatever posers. ![]()
So anyway, voting is open until Friday. Let’s see what happens.
Damn. I feel so much better now!
Wait, this one was ok? Maybe I shouldn’t have posted
Love how my excuse comes up first ![]()

To be fair, on the list of decent excuses for bailing on the gym, making a new person ranks pretty high.
I took the steps to make a new person numerous times in the last 5 months and still ‘finished’.
I don’t remember which comedian it was, but I remember a guy being like “it’s easier to order a pizza than it is to make a baby” and some lady in the audience was like “BULLSHIT” and the guy just looks at her and goes “ever order a pizza by accident?”
Flip it.

Im a bit late to the party. But I’ll be sitting the end out. Everyone looks amazing though.
Thanks for the heads up. I was in the market for some dress shirts and a suit, and ended up going with State and Liberty. They are all awesome. The suit is amazing in fit and function. I now have two dress shirts and their suit, and will stick with them for any related dress clothing.
Notes: at 5’9" 172, the large shirt fits perfect. It’s too long to wear untucked, but I got if for a dress shirt and it’s awesome.
The suit is super stretchy and fits great out of the box. It was $550 (but I used a 20% off) which is actually a good deal for the quality and fit. Highly recommended.
