I THINK this is his 6 month transformation, and although progress, Jack seems to have much more change.
@raoh1990 is this your 2019 T-transformation picture? I’m so confused.

So, if you think this, you can simply give your vote to @jackolee, just like I’m going to do.
WTF dude. Maybe I’ve been working too much overtime but one of us is not doing a good job of communication.
Honestly, I can understand wannabes confusion. It seems impossible to go from your t-18 pic to your before pic from this transformation, even if your bulk went horribly wrong it would be hard for your shoulders to lose several inches of width. I’m just taking your word for it, and thus you have an incredible transformation and should be top 3 EASY. So good job again.
This is the picture that adds to the confusion as well.
I was under the impression this was his 6 month transformation and the other (more drastic) picture was his 2018-2019 change from the 2018 t ransformation challenge.
I think he cut down pretty lean in 18. Bulked until he looked pretty fat then cut down again.
I agree that the lean picture from last years cut looks much more muscular than the starting point for 19. Putting fat on adds lbs but not the appearance of mass.
I look way bigger at 160 than I did at 175ish.
The underwear pulled up on the sides really make a perception of an hour glass figure that adds to the non muscular look. But shit! That’s one hell of a 6 month transformation.
And… this years lean photo is carrying more mass than last years, so the bulk wasn’t in vain even though he got fat!
Can you post the 18 starting point pic
Also what was your weight in each pic? @raoh1990
@wanna_be
@flappinit
Yup! I’m figuring it’s just a bad angle/pose and therefore a GOOD angle/pose since the transformation is more important than the end product. The guy put in work and deserves praise.
Agreed. Regardless of picture order and time frame dudes put in a ton of work and has a killer bod (full homo). I just couldn’t figure out what was what lol
I had zero confusion from raoh’s post but lots of confusion as to why so much effort went into questioning and discrediting it.
Never once discredited it. I just wanted clarification. His original post was a mess. He’s cleaned it up now.
I think I was a bit skeptical at first, but hope I wasn’t disrespectful in what I said. My skepticism only means that it was a redonkulous transformation!
@wanna_be, there’s a most improved from year to year. That’s why he posted last year’s pics.
And there will be voting. Chris will put it together and you just select your favorite.
That’s what I thought he was doing but from what’s he’s said it looks like that’s his current 6 month transformation
He basically showed us the last 18 months. Jan to June, June to Jan, and Jan to June again.
I’m lost as to what’s going on but congrats to everyone who finished. We’ve all earned the satisfaction of setting a time frame and holding ourselves accountable to it, even if we may not have achieved what we set out to.
Big lesson in life.
I think you got it pretty spot in. They would be in my list too.
Here is my 2018 starting point, my weight was 187 lbs (85 kg)
In the 2018 after pic I was 167 lbs (76.2 kg)
In the 2019 before pic I was 194 lbs (88 kg)
In the 2019 after pic I was 176 lbs (80 kg)
@raoh1990 Great 18-month work - your chest and shoulders appear to have grown inches even at your leanest between 2018 and 2019.
Thank you so much! And congratulations for your monster biceps… They are incredible!
