Iām posting here for completeness sake, I donāt consider myself really competitiveā¦ but heck as the originator of the contest I gotta put up or shut up, and I said I was in this year.
Blah blah blah itās been a hard 5 months to really go 100% for various reasons, but Imgonna keep on training hard with an emphasis on gaining and see what next years contest brings.

Weight went from around 87kg to 90kg to 85kg. I donāt really feel like Iāve made much progress looking at photos but I definitely feel less fat. If anything though I learnt a lot about changing my diet to gain and lose weight. Not sure of the plan now, probably keep slowly losing a bit more weight till Iām in the low 80kgs.

Just tossed my after photos up in my log. Biggest difference is that I have a pretty rowdy farmers tan rather than the full coverage I had last year. Weight and physique are relatively unchanged.
Learned something in these 6 months though - my diet has been the weakest link in my training for some time now.
