Was having trouble squatting deep awhile back, particularly past parallel.

Found my tibialis anterior was pretty tight so I began stretching it thoroughly before squatting.

Loosening this muscle up helped me to get real low while keeping good form

Some Red Kat sounds like it would be fun to try.

I’ve found that it is important to maintain good posture while spending hours each week sitting at the keyboard perusing t-mag.com forums.

I would like to try HotMagKat-500.

I’ve learned that to get my 16inch calves to grow, I need to combine high repetition training and realy heavy maximal strength training EW! I’d like to try the new MAG-10 if i win. //SA

Don’t be afraid to train a muscle twice or more times a week.
As long as you adjust volume and intensity accordingly, you won’t overtrain.

I would like to receive a bottle of hot Rox, please.

Here’s a great exercise to improve on your one arm chin-ups. Use a a band wrap it around one side and hold on tight with one arm and with the other arm preform a chin-up.

Now I would like to try Surge.

In Health,

Silas C.

Stiff legged deadlifts hit my hams like no other. I would like some GROW if I win. Thanks.

You need to periodize your workout to make progress over time. If you don’t change it up a bit, you’ll never get big.

I want some Mag 10.

Triceps like heavy weights. Try partial range lockout bench presses or weighted dipping instead of those lame kickbacks and rope pulldowns.

Gotta go with the Red-Kittie!

following a carefully planned 12-week program like those by ian king is better than just working out on a standard split. so pick one of his programs and follow it exaclty including the stretching and time under tension.

i’d like surge if i win

Ok for bi’s I have found the all-time best thing is to flip the preacher curl backwards and place your chest on the angled part tri’s flat against the vertial part. Use a stright bar, keep tri pressed flat against pad and chest flat on the angled part. Do not lean back or lift your head at all. This really seems to make the bi’s peak come out. You have to stow your echo and use a lighter weight or your wasting time.

I would love BIO TEST SURGE

I have learned that when training sometimes it helps to close your eyes in order to get yourself to focus more and really feel the exercise. I would like hot-rox’s please

Never be afraid to ask a question.

Surge over here!

keep a training log.

Mag 10 please!!!

To make romanian deadlifts REALLLY hit your back, try doing them REALLLLYY slowly, really really really focusing on targetting your back and making sure you breath properly. Try keeping your shoulder blades pressed together.

I’d like to try Surge to feed my back!

Tip:
Stage each exercise with a 3 sec ab contraction and maintain throughout the reps. (All my lifts improve with a tight core)

Supp:
MAG-10

I’ve learned that for putting size on the shoulders and traps nothing beats cleans and snatches.
I’ve also learned that there is nothing more fun than telling people, “its snatch day today”. The looks I get are priceless.
I would love to try Hot-Rox.

My tip is about tricept training. I figured out that if you are short on time Combine Tate presses with Rolling extensions. Do the tates first and on a flat bench then immediately go to the rolling extensions.Pick your set/ rep schemes.( 5 of 8 or whatever)but pick the same for both exercises It is designed so that if you are too fatigued you can just roll(cheat)through the last reps by changing your angle of extension to finish your set. It gives you an awesome pump and really makes your tricept development look different.

Red Kat if I win please

Big Pull

I’ve found that for the best full-body developement, I need to do at least 50% more volume for pulling movements than for pushing. I figured it onlymade sense, because you have so much more muscle on your back than on your chest. I tried it, and it makes a big difference.

I’ll take some Hot-Rox.

do shoulder presses on a cable machine, place a bench in the center, and use the low pulleys, it will hit your shoulders like nothing else

send me some SURGE brothers, and keep up the good work

When I bench press I pull my shoulder blades back and down to help stress the pecs.
I would like to try tribex
