Overtraining your back is largely a myth. if your back is weak or small bump up the training frequency. Just about anyone can hit it twice a week by doing breaking up into vertical pull/ horizontalpull day.

Ive found that when I plateau in the bench press, balistic bench and other
explosive type push ups help get gains going again. I would like try hot rox.
For posterior chain, nothing hits it like a glute ham bench and a reverse Hyper! Nothing…
Give me some Surge
I’ll cheat and give two:
Read this site in it’s entirety, read it again, and then be vigilant in your search for answers.
Work your posterior chain heavy, work your rotator cuffs regularly. Most, if not all of your lifts will improve.
I would really like to try Mag10.

Tip: Planning your training is important, but no matter how meticulously you plan it is still busting ass under the iron that is important.
I’d love to try some Methoxy-7, but since it is not available, hot rox also looks very enticing.
No matter how horrible you feel or how stressed out you may be, make sure to always make your workout a priority. Working out will help relieve stress and depression, elevate you energy and mood, etc. Also, any workout it better than no workout.
I would like to try Hot-Rox.
Tip: Avoiding working legs will not only lead and imbalanced look to your build, but also will hinder the growth of your upper body. Many people shy away from doing leg workouts of any kind and suffer from it. Hitting your leg muscles helps your body release testosterone and other levels that will help your whole body grow. Not to mention that many leg workouts hit upper body muscles groups as well (core, shoulders, traps, etc).
I would like to receive some Biotest Surge if I do win. Thanks.
Never underestimate the value of taking a regular rest week.
Red Kat
If you are new to squating or rusty you may notice that your groin muscle gets sore after one set. Use less weight to make sure you get your planned # of sets in.
Gimme the surge (you can give me more than one bottle if you like.
Nothing beats using what you build in the gym. Competing in athletics of any type can help you perform better in the weight room, and vice versa. Training to play a sport can lead to fantastic gains, and is a great way to stay motivated. Form follows function.
I would love some Mag-10.
train + eat + sleep = GROW!!!
on a specific note, i’ve found that while doing the power snatch, actually hitting the bar off my hips while doing a quick shrug is a great way to up the weights…
surge would be great, thanks
Strong abs and posterior chain make it easier to get big and strong everywhere.
A bottle of Hot-Rox would be cool…
I won’t offer any exercises as everyone here knows pretty well what they ought to be doing.I will offer this tip. While training is a very important aspect to all of our lives,do not, make it the focal point of your life.Workout hard, give it your all,but also take the time to learn the other aspects of life that you can enjoy.Read a good book,go to a play, travel. The gym will always await your return…I’d like to try Mag-10.
Add some weight to your Swiss Ball bridging by putting a dumbell between your legs. This works the hamstrings and glutes very well.
I would like to try Red-Kat
i’ve felt that stretching is always something that should be done during a session.
warm up, do a nice stretch on your muscle groups being worked. work 'em hard. stretch afterwards. for just an added feeling of… tingle(?) contract the muscle on the stretch. i don’t know if that does much except make the stretch feel better.
hot rox would be nice with a clean diet.
If you’re having trouble with your grip (farmers walk, deadlift, anything like that) the easiest way I’ve seen to get fat bar training or static holds is in the hammer strength shrug machine, I normally take a bunch of different diameters of pipe and slide over the handles, load it up, and try to go for longer without losing my grip each time, at each size.
I’d like some Hot Rox
Give yourself a score on each of your functions in the following 4 groups of movements. If one function of a particular group is lower than the other in that group you should increase the volume of that function by 25% while decreasing the volume of the other function by 25%. Keep doing this and re-evaluating yourself until all your functions in each group are in relative alignment.
Group 1
Horizontal pushing-Bench press
Horizontal pulling- Rowing
Group 2
Vertical pushing- shoulder press
Vertical pulling- chins
Group 3
Trunk flexion- situps or crunch (upper abs)
Hip flexion- hanging leg raises (lower abs)
Group 4
Squatting down and up- Squat ie. quadriceps)
Bending down and up (Deadlift ie. hamstring)
Hot Rox sounds good ![]()
If you’re cheating on your diet, you’re literally eating up potential progress.
Surge for me, should I be so lucky
I have learned that when i start to plateau on legs, split or one-legged squats always do the trick to help me grow.
I would like to try mag-10
boo
I have learnt that its not the training which affects weight, its the diet.
I’ll take the HOT ROX.
