Yeah, nobody here is going to be looking like that without some serious assistance. Just the facts.
Substantiate this claim. Explain how you know this to be a FACT.
Actually the “nobody here” part is most likely, almost definitely true. I am just curious as to why so many people on these forums are obsessed with steroids and the limitations of being a natural. Not all naturals are resigned to their fate of only being 190 and lean.
lol at “only” 190 and lean. For guys under 6 foot (hell even 6 foot) that is huge for a natty! If we’re talking true sub 10% as lean. That will take years of doing things right to achieve and shouldn’t be so easily dismissed as small
190 is not huge. Don’t care how lean.
I think you’re delusional then. Layne Norton competes around 190-195 which for natty’s of average height is one of (if not the) highest stage weight for natural guys under 6 foot.
Layne looks great, but I wouldn’t say he is huge. And when I said lean I wasn’t exactly referring to contest ready, but I take your point as you did say a sub 10%er.
The questions is, if you saw Layne in that shape, but wearing everyday clothes, walking down the street, would your reaction be “shit that guy is huge” or “wow that guy looks great”? I suspect it would be the latter.

Ahh I see what you’re getting at then. You mean big as in pure size not just muscle. Like a big guy at 250 that may have the same amount of muscle but more fat (but holds it well) is what you mean by big? The hypothetical 250lb guy would definitely make me say damn he’s huge.
Damnit another one of these guys. Yes fat over a physqiue will add visual size in clothes. Then you take your shirt off and well…
No that’s not what I meant, i’m talking about lean (perhaps not stage ready) folks that weigh considerably over 190 who still look great when they take their shirt off. ‘Huge’ as a description does at some point have to entail taking up a larger amount of space, but it is possible to do this and be lean.
I would argue its about looking like you take up a lot of space. If you do or not doesn’t matter. It’s about illusions. There is a short guy in my gym and is pretty fucking lean. Looks really big. Then I stand next to him and I dwarf him in terms of frame. Our arms are the same size yet his look much much larger. You get the point. And yet I he is 170 and I am 215
