So I walked up to the squat rack the other day…no one was around, I weighted a few minutes no one came back so i started to unload the 185 lbs on the bar to move the bar inside the rack instead on the outside when this giant 60 year old walks over. I was doing curls there, what were you going to do. I said squats. He responded, “Well son, squats take precedence in the squat rack you can have it.”
Moral of the story…Respect the Rack
