Holy poop, Batman! You have jack poop for fat sources in your diet. In the kindest way possible, how are you not dead?
You’re not eating healthy. Eat more fat. Being so morbidly obese, get your metabolism in order. If that is what you eat, all your cholesterol/fat based hormones are out of whack. There are essential chemicals your body is not getting enough from the very little fat you’re eating. You are also guaranteed to be insulin resistant if not diabetic (that also will royally screw up your fat burning), just based on your weight.
You’re asking for diet advice from crazy bodybuilders (Not knocking bodybuilders in general. I too love lifting a stupid amount of weight). You’re eating the worst possible way supposedly as a body builder. This is a very messed up version of an extreme pre-competition cutting diet. It is not healthy for longer than mere weeks. Something like this would only be done for a very limited amount of time. Not even fish oil in your diet?!?! Eat like you are too fat. Do not eat like a bodybuilder who needs a measly 5-10 pounds off of a solid wall of muscle. You need to lose fat while getting the essential nutrients you need, that you are not getting right now!
Everyone here is giving you bad, bad, bad body building advice. You are not a body builder right now, sorry. You packed on way too much fat and very most likely in the wrong way. To get to 370 LB and to be stuck at that number, your metabolism is horrible. You’re trying to eat like a bodybuilder who has a close to healthy metabolism. You do need to lose weight, but you do not need to be doing a crap cut diet. I bet if you fix your diet that you will feel better and have more energy and the weight will most likely melt off even staying at the exact same calories.
EAT HEALTHY!
And see a good doctor who specializes in helping morbidly obese patients in a healthy way.
I too messed up my body in a similar way as you have, but not to the degree you have. What they’re telling you here is not the way to fix your body. Good luck.

I will bet everything that if you get your fasting blood glucose, A1C, and insulin tested, they will be way too high. I bet you’re in a permanent state of lipogenesis. Because of constant high blood sugar and high insulin, your body is in the mode of trying to store fat all the bleeping time.
You cannot burn body fat!
To burn body fat, you need to be be in what is called lipolysis, which needs very low insulin levels to happen among other things. You are malnourished because your diet has sucked for years (Your “cheating” has kept you alive). If you could burn body fat, you could get the essential nutrients that you are lacking in your diet from your burning body fat, but you cannot.
YOU NEED TO FIX THIS! SEE A DOCTOR!
