I have read several posts from people who made their PWO shakes with oatmeal. What recipes do you’ll use?

do u get the same nutriensts from oatmeal if it isn’t cooked?, like in a protein shake?
Pre workout i had 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey powder, some L-Tyorsine, Splenda, cinnamon and a pinch of Xanan gum for thickness
Tastes grand and gives me a good sustained energy for training.
I might contemplate changing the oats to something a little more high GI, I hear mashed potatoes is good haha
