The more, the better!!!
Oooh! The ever Elusive Iron Dwarf may venture out of his cave! -lol
Hell Yeah brother!
S
Here are the best choices I can drum up:
Rio Rodizio -
Distance From S & S: 15 min
Pros: All you can eat meat (ha)
Cons: Price, Distance
Harolds Deli -
Distance From S & S: 5 min
Pros: Legendary Sandwiches. Arthur’s Steaks, Price
Cons: Not All you can eat for yous who we’re looking to destroy a buffet
Cheeburger Cheeburger -
Distance From S & S: 5 min
Pros: Amazing custom angus burgers if you’ve never been to one, then check out the site
Cons: Not All you can eat for yous who we’re looking to destroy a buffet
The Blarney Station-
Distance From S & S: 0 min, I think I can hit it with a stream of piss from the S & S parking lot
Pros: Distance, absolutely serve booze if you’re looking to completely undo your workout
Cons: Can’t realy vouch for the food, I’ve been hammered anytime I’ve eaten there. Not All you can eat for yous who we’re looking to destroy a buffet.
So lets hear what you guys think…

Would you guys mind if a dwarf showed up next time?

Everyone is welcome. I’m not even close to being a pro by any means, but I enjoy it and learned a lot last time from training with Stu.

It’s not about anyone’s level. It’s about learning from others and hanging out with people who share the same interest.
Like Colin said, everyone is welcome.
Well I’m certainly interested in meeting up some time than!
Yeah, guys, let’s just stress again that this isn’t a ‘come see how you stack up’ thing, it’s a social gathering. Obviously we’re all at different levels of experience here, but we all share a love of lifting (and probably eating as well).
Besides, you’ll get to see what a freakin’ beast Thoughts1053 really is in person ![]()

Stu/Thoughts,
What body parts are you gentlemen planning on doing on Saturday?
I want to adjust my shit accordingly to be able to train along side again.
Looks like my current rotation will have me doing Back/Bis, so of course anyone willing to take a beating to invited to share in the fun. Knowing that I’ll be eating well after a good training session always stirs a little sadomasochism in me.

I’m down

I hoped you were leaning in that direction, seeing that we hit chest last time.
I consuming a huge breakfast and carb loaded lunch to power through the session. Then of course all bets are off for the post-workout “nutrition”. Any ideas from what I posted above about where you wanted to eat?
I’ll be doing shoulders along with some chest isolation and then finishing with abs. It’s a shorter workout for me, so I’m happy to jump in with someone else when I’m done.
Out of the places listed above, I like either Rio Rodizio or Cheeburger. Rodizio sounds great due to all you can eat meat, but I’ll be heading to CO the next day so I don’t know if I want to stuff myself. At Cheeburger, I’ll probably end up going with their 20oz burger anyway so it doesn’t make a difference, lol.
PS. I like to eat!
Okay, these are my thoughts, as this should be a group decision (we can decide Sat morning I guess)
-The only CON I would see to the Rodizio place is the $35 price. I’m cool anywhere, especially as we won’t have to pay any daily rate fee at the gym, but I don’t want to assume that everyone feels like, or even can swing that amount for one meal.
-I know Cheeburger Cheeburger is always great, I frequent one near me in Queens when I’m not dieting (and yes, the 20 oz burger goes down a lot quicker than you would think -lol).
-Not thrilled with hitting the little pub/bar located a walk from the gym parking lot. I’ve seen it before, and I just kinda figured we’d find some place a little,… I dunno,… ‘cooler?’ for our T-Meathead gathering
-A 3 lb sandwich, steaks, and a lower price tag may make Harold’s Deli a better option for some (and who wouldn’t be a fan of 3 lbs of meat?! -lol)
What are you guys thinking?

Cheeburger is right around the corner and the western fries and the 20oz burger are hard to pass up. We can make it into a shit-show there pretty quick.
Rio Rodizio sounds awesome if price and distance arent limiting factors for anyone.
Second choice is

Weird, i switched my days around so i could do back/bi’s on sat. Funny how that works out with us doing the same bodypart again.
Okay,… so if anyone needs the address:
Strong n’ Shapely Gym
150 Union Avenue
East Rutherford, NJ
Aiming to be there by 12:00 noon, and figure we’ll hang around till 3:00 so even if you can’t be there at the onset, you can still come by and meet up.
As far as eating,… if everyone else is cool with going to Cheeburger Cheeburger, I’m certainly all for it (a personal favorite eatery of mine!) Just keep in mind that after being on a post contest week long Cruise with my girl (all you can eat buffets 24 hours a day), and then this, I’m not going to look in contest shape in any of the videos coming out of Biotest HQ in Colorado next week -lol
