“You dont need all those supplements you take, you eat a good diet.”
All those supplements = 1x multivit, 500mg TR vit C, 5x fish oil and Whey Protein!

The vegetarian myth. I just spent 3 days with a girl of 23 years old, vegetarian, weighs about 75lbs, looks like her neck is about to snap from the weight of her head. She’s getting married in 2 weeks, and told everyone this morning that she would have to starve herself for the next 2 weeks to gt into her dress, which must have come from the toddlers section.
I seriously wanted to force feed her a steak.[/quote]
It would have been faster and probably more satisfying to snap her neck. I’ll take the steak. Thanks ![]()

She sounds anorexic as well as vegetarian. In my experience most vegetarians are a bit on the heavy side. Not usually outright obese, but plump and soft - no doubt from too much starch and not enough protein.
Nice thing about a wedding dress from the toddlers section is it probably has a cute teddy bear pattern. And maybe the groom will wear Bob the Builder underoos LOL

I don’t take suppliments like protein powder
Protein powder isn’t a damn suppliment, it’s food!

I get this one a lot.
I had a vegetarian coworker that asked if my powder was for big muscles. I told her what it was, just protein from whey. She still didn’t get it. If anyone should know about protein and where it comes from and what it does it should be a vegetarian!

he’s now checking our lockers for any protein powders or creatine.
a letter was also sent home about it and my parents freaked!
