I am 6’0, 225 lbs, approx 13% bodyfat. I was wanting to gain approx 10 more lbs of lean muscle mass while dropping my bodyfat considerably. Please give me some feedback as to do so!! Or suggest great articles!! Thanx in advance!

Don’t try to do both at the same time (although possible, it’s unlikely). Get on the search engines in the previous issues and in the forum and get to work. Both those ideas (fat loss, muscle gain) is primarily what this magazine is about, so you should be able to find everything you need. If you’re deadset on doing both at the same time, try “Meltdown Training” with a moderatately calorie restricted diet.
