dont wanna make a new thread titled “confused and skeptical” but one thing i wanna ask all the posters here. have u ever wondered the view they had back then and now? they used to support low-carb dieting and even the anabolic diet and only a few supplements before and now suddenly they go to the other side of the spectrum and the list of supplements is long now. i remember they used to shun what they support now. wat’s the problem here?
wtf are you talking about?

i know that. but i wonder how come after they were supported low-carb dieting so much before that they now shun it. u start to wonder why they supported it in the first place u know? i mean the final thing i gotta say is i wouldnt mind spendin all the money it takes to reach the i bodybuilder claim. but i will be very sorry if following it to the tee gave just as good results as any other program or even the results im getting right now. i mean how would u feel if it didnt live to the claims u know?

Why do you need 250g of protein? Do you weigh 250 lbs? If so, shouldn’t you be cutting rather than bulking?
Seriously though, stop worrying about fat. A couple of litres (half a gallon) of whole milk a day will add 70-80g of protein. That’ll do the trick on top of normal food. Forget about supplements.[/quote]
does the requirement 1.5 g or protein per pound ring any bells? sorry but even i have to say you cant get optimal results without supplements. for real bodybuilders, given the right supplements and the right usage, they may cut down the time to reach the desired results and even give off better results. i guess i shouldnt be worrying about that right now cuz i aint got money but when i do get a job, i want my money’s worth u know?

At 30+ you’re right you probably can’t. At 19, you’re wrong and you should eat smart, a ton of it, and train your ass off. If your parents aren’t complaining about how much food you’re eating then you’re not eating enough. Got a gut, carrying some fat? Sprint up some hills a couple a days a week. If your intensity is good in the gym, you’ve got a decent program, and you add in hill sprints, you won’t have a problem with fat gains.
I don’t think you know how to get a job… “I applied to jack in the box and didn’t get it.” is not trying to get a job.
Going to every frickin’ store every day or week and telling them how much you genuinely want to work for them (dressed somewhat nice, and with a good attitude) and I’d be surprised if you didn’t have a job in a month.
Get a job, buy the foods you want/need, save some money in an IRA, and man… just get a job, that will solve a lot of problems for you.
