I just wanted to post a link to a site that I use quite often to get very in-depth macro breakdowns on a wide spectrum of foods. I referenced it in an answer for one of Rasturai’s questions and thought it would be a good idea to get it out to all of you.
Each food profile contains nutrition facts, fullness factor, caloric ratios, nutrient balances, protein quality, glycemic load, inflammation factor, and a concise summary of the benefits. Also, there are different profiles for foods before and after cooking/boiling/steaming, as such actions change nutritional breakdowns.
This information helps to eliminate the guess work in creating a balanced diet, and can shed some light on certain areas that may be causing your diets to lag. I have posted a couple sample searches below. Enjoy.
Also forgot to mention that it is all free, and includes meals and foods from restaurants and fast-food chains for those of you that use such meals for bulking, etc.

ND shits on any other nutrition I’ve ever seen. Its so easy to keep track of omega ratios. [/quote]
Yea glad you like it. I just realized that I use it pretty much everyday and thought that it would be extremely beneficial to all of the members here. I also think that a lot of noobs can utilize ND to answer a lot of their basic nutrition questions, instead of filling up the boards with them.

Do you use the “daily needs calculator tool” at all? I’ve always found it to be among the most sensible out there (discounting recommended nutrient percentages).
