My clean eating consists of 3800 cals per day. I work out 3x per week(NROL beginner) so far. After bulking for 5 months, I’ve gained some fat(obviously) that I’d rather not have.
What can I do to implement this cutting strategy while improving strength with NROL?

The NROL “fat loss” programs aren’t designed to help you gain strength. So if that’s your goal, look for a different program.
