Novice Raw Powerlifting Log. Quest for a 600KG


Just thought id start loging my lifts and training. Preparing for my Meet coming up in August.

Previous Meet Bests:

Squat : 170kg
Deadlift: 212kg
Bench: 120kg

Any tips and advice would be great. Will be posting videos from time to time for feedback.

Will be starting 3 day Westside type template. Won’t be shooting for Max effort singles just 3’s and 5’s.
