hang clean and press - 90, 115, 135, 145
db bicep curl - 40,50,55
weight is expressed in lbs.

nothing but leg press — 8 sets * 15-20 reps

135 lb power snatch
225 lb clean pulls
315, 335, 355, 375, 395 deadlift sumo style = 20 lb PR for sumo
135 lb high pull
followed by
dips
neutral grip chinups
squat workout followed by power clean and press today…
squat 405* 5 reps
power clean and press - 1353 * 3 sets…155 3, 1753, 1851 for 10 lb PR!!
power snatch 1355 sets, 1403 sets
leg press - 4 sets
bench press 4 sets, 1351, 2052, 225*3
