Not Gaining Quality Weight

Im an ectomorph… i eat 4500- 5500 caleries a day… IM NOT GAINING QUALITY WEIGHT QUICK ENOUGH!!! I Train Hard ( 1 1/2 a day, 6 days a week) I do solid workouts ( BEnch, Deadlifts, Squats ) but i wanna gain quicker…

Anyone know what i can take or what i should do to get bigger… i weight 162… Originally i was 130 pounds 6 months ago ( My desired weight is 190 ) I am 11% bodyfat

Training 1.5 hours a day, six days a week? Seems like you’d do your body a favor and give it some rest and time to grow

32 pounds in 6 months sounds like you’re growing fine.

Good lord your gaining more than fine taht much in 6 months. What did you expect this takes YEARS bro. Just keep going. Have some patients, enjoy the ride and keep kick ass in the gym.

I agree you might want to relook your training thats seesm like a hell of a lot and Id question the intensity the last 30-45 mins of those sessions or the whole duration.
