Advice for Ectomorph?

As I have stated before, my problem is my diet, I train pretty well in my opinion at least, but unfortunately my daily intake food is poor.

I weight 190 lbs.
My height is 6ft 0716in(lol i made that in the centimeter conversor)

I will be posting pics with time(Yes leg pics as well, altough they are pretty shitty).

I’ve been training aprox 5 months.
Well, actually i started in the gym on feb, but deserted in a month then came back to training on mid’s year.

Any advice or opinion is welcome.

dont know how to upload pics lol

You’re an ectomorph and 190 pounds? Where’s the problem. Just keep doing what you did to get to 190.

Unless that says 6’6. Not really sure.

When I read the word “ectomorph” all I hear is, “my subconscious mind tells me I’m full after 2000 calories.”

Keep a food log, you will be surprised what does/doesn’t go down your gullet.

I don’t know if you’re training “well” becauseI don’t know how you’re actually training (what your program looks like). But you haven’t been training long. Getting your lifting and eating in order and sticking with it for a while usually sorts out the whole ectomorph thing.

You can’t say this and admit that you flaked out of your training for a month just after starting, and then declare yourself an “ectomorph.”

Um, yeah, I’m not sure what 6 feet 0716 inches is, so there was a problem in your conversion. How tall are you in cm?

First off, can you clarify your height for us? If your 6’7" at 190, then you definitely need to eat tons more and gain weight.

The first thing I recommend is to write down everything you eat in a day. Then google the calories for each food. Of course you’ll have to estimate on some. Also add up the overall protein/fat/carbs to get a clue on your macros. This will give you a basis. Then you can add calories accordingly. I strongly suggest getting a blender if you don’t already have one. It’s a really easy way to down a bunch of calories between or on top of meals.

Also if you upload some pics we can better assess you. You could be better off or worse off then you say. Sometimes we are are own worst enemy/judge.

Elaborate on your training. How many days, what type of split, etc. If your not growing, then it either food intake, training(not intense enough) or sleep/recovery to blame.

Do some research, there are tons of nutrition and training articles/threads for tall skinny guy on this site.

Get back to us with the rest of info…

Maybe you can use # you understand either metric or the other.
How tall are you?
How much do you weight?
How much did you weighted when you stopped getting taller?
How much time do you train weekly?
All the best !
