On one of the gyms whiteboards there is a contest for the most reps for 315. I am going to give it a whirl soon. Maybe Saturday. You would have it beat, btw.

yes i am… but the crazy thing is i look freak’n huge naked. i used to look huge in clothes and then like a fatass naked. now i look small in clothes and huge naked… go figure. i took some measurements yesterday- thighs 31 inches, biceps 20 inches, calves 19.5 inches, forearms 16 inches, neck 22 inches… tape measure wasn’t long enough to go around my shoulders anyway… very happy with those cosidering they are all cold measurements.
as for the log… i figured no one really wants to read about the stupid accessory shit i do. i don’t really care about the weight and don’t usually even write it down in my log.
i got 8 reps with the 35 on my fourth set. all done with a long stretch at bottom.

Last year when my buddy got married we all went together to get fitted for the tuxes. All my old pals of course thought it was hiliarious that the standard tape would get around my shoulders. They had to break out the king sized one. I think I was 64 around the shoulders at that time.

my wrists are very strong… i don’t have any issues there. the elbows have never been an issue. it’s the biceps or forearm muscles that ache at times. i usually only have those issues on quick reversal from eccentric to concentric though.
as for the knees. i haven’t had any knee issues. the reason is that i wear knee wraps starting at 405. i start with a very loose wrap with a crappy pair of Inzers. as the weight increases i move up to APT wraps and they get tighter as the weight gets heavier.

when i got married the tux place had to piece three different tuxes together to make mine. i still looked rediculious. there’s a few pics of me from behind and i actually look like a box. i have still yet to find a shirt of any size that will button around my neck.

also… i’m sure you have this problem too… last time i went to the doctor’s office they couldnt’ take my blood pressure. none of the cuffs would vecro around my t-rex arms. they finally found a big one but once they started pumping it would pop off.
Thing to be ware of is if they keep one of those tiny cuffs on you, it is going to give a reading that will freak the nurse out. I had one little walk in office want to call an ambulance for me because their little cuff was basically saying I was about to die, all I went in for was a sinus infection, lol.

There are cuffs for everything from the toes all the way up. A large adult cuff will fit you. Your docs office should have one. We get some fat bastards with arms bigger then my leg and the big cuff still fits.
