Non-estrogenic easy complex carbs

I just found a list of some estrogenic foods:
alfalfa, apples, barley, carrots, cherries, chick peas, corn, hops, oats, pomegranates, rice, rye, sesame, soybeans, and wheat.

This rules out quite a few quite-to-prepare complex carbs. Ideas for replacements?

damn, I eat apples every day. Hmmmm…well, that’s pretty much the only thing on that list that I eat often. I should be okay.
