Non-Believers - My 335 DL

Hi all!

Great site you have here. First time posting here though I have broused the site before.

Just out of interest I am in Vietnam training some students out here as part of some sport science research. After just 1 week of deadlift training several subjects deadlifted 140kg and one pulled 155kg (although he did hitch a little). These are skinny guys weighing around 60-70kg at 8-12% BF. I guess it goes to show someone can pull that with out too much effort.

Hi all!

Great site you have here!

Just out of interest I am working in Vietnam and am training students here as part of a sport science study. After only 1 week of dedalift training several students managed to dead 140kg and one pulled 155kg, although he did hitch it a little. These are all skinny guys weighing 60-70kg (most towards 60) with BF% from 6-10.

Goes to show that skinny chaps can pull around 300-350lbs mark with little effort.

Oh, Binford, poor Binford.

I am so glad you posted this ‘clarification’. Now I know for sure you’re telling the truth because … um … you said so. Much more believable than your first claim.

But I do thank you. Sincerely, I do, because reading these posts has been even more fun than reading the PM’s you sent me when I posted here http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=767349&pageNo=2

Now even more people can enjoy your delusions.

Thanks again. You’re hilarious.

Damn! Follow the links through this and wufwgys post in that thread and you’ll find the definition that binford is a troll!!

Do you do reverse band deadlifts in the Smith machine? Otherwise, I’m not buying it.

335 # DL @ 165 # body weight is feasible.

It is good but by no means superhuman.

Nice work.

Good lift, but keep up the hard work because I know a few guys who are your bodyweight and pull at least 600.
Just some motivation
Will42

you know guys that pull 600Lbs bull shit

I just wanted to give you a guys little update on my progress that i’m sure you wont believe but i just want to hear ya bitch is really why i’m posting.

Remember when you guys said there was no way i could deadlift 325 with my build at 155 (i actually did it at 145), well today i deadlifted 335 at 165, EASY. Definately could have put the 25’s on and done 365, but its the first time i’ve pulled singles in a while so i didn’t wanna push it.

And once again i dont think 365 at my bodyweight would be alot, if you look on the new deadlift max thread there are alot of guys my size pulling alot more. And yes i did say 165, so i’ve gained 10 lbs in the last 3 and a half weeks. So there ya go, lets here some of those non-believers. [/quote]

See the care? No, cause its not there.

You deadlift 350. I have a 12 inch dick. But I got no pictures…so you’ll have to take my word for it…

three months from now I’m going to post how now its a 14 inch dick. But I dont have a camera. So you’re still gonna have to take my word for it.

wtf, im 168 and just pulled 450, whats so great about that, call me when you hit 500

Isn’t this guy like 13yrs old?

I pulled 335 @ 128 my 1st powerlifting meet.

It isn’t an impossibility that binford has done this feat. It’s the justification that he’s given is what people are railing him on.

beef

Oh yeah, you are all pussies!!

I’m 350 lbs and can pull 45 from blocks!! Oh wait, that is no good… yeah, I weigh 45 and pull 350. Yeah that is it.

Rolo.

Who’s the man now? That’s right, I pull more than 7 times my body weight and I’m only 8 years old.

A friend of mine from wrestling camp deadlifted 325 at a bodyweight of 124.

awwwwww isn’t that a cute deadlift

For everyone saying that the poundage is not that impressive, I would agree with you if his pics in the physique and performance photos forum showed any sort of development (especially in the lower and middle back ). That is why bullshit was originally called, not because anyone thinks that 355 is some sort of impressive number.

binford,

If you know that you can pull 335, that is all that matters. Case closed.

b…b…but mommy said I was special

Well, unless you start a new thread to tell us you posted 360 lbs we’ll never believe you.
