I have tried it and got nothing from it. Total scam! Don’t try it.
Sounds like mixed results at best so far, though there aren’t enough reports yet to
be able to have too much confidence one way or the other.
Okay, I find this stuff to be quite interesting and may try it. But before I do I would like to ask everyone here who has used it what type of diet they were on while using NO2? It could be that something in you diet hindered the effects? I’m not sure why, but apparently ephedrine could have some negative implications on the effects of this product. Were any of you on ephedrine? I assume that training would not have any real effect on the results gained with the product, while the product should (if it works) increase trainng capacity - either endurance or strength. For those of you who did not experience the pumps - could you think back and try to remember if you experienced any increase in your endurance.
I realize that there are no real scientific studies that support this product in humans - somewhat like Myostat - but I thought that I would see if I could find a common link with those users that had no luck. And as for you Chris Johnson, what were you doing that made it work so good? What was your diet / training like?
oh this is amusing to say the least. ed byrd brought creatine to the market? lmaooo.creatine has been around since cavemen lifted rocks.next he will say he brought vitamin c to the market. creatine comes from food,it wasnt made in a lab.oh and i like mag 10,thats a real supplement that works.
you can make a placebo work if you do everything else right. i guess thats the only way youll get results from no2. and you can make your money disappear no-too even easier;)
The first week I started NO2 I was in Cancun, Mexico drinking my face off. I was getting boners having a pee (after only two days on it)! Once I started training upon my return (after about 10 full days on the product) my muscle fullness and pumps were unreal. I was on no other supplements (or drugs for that matter) except for protein, mrps, vitmins/minerals, and a pre-workout stimulus (either ephedrine or norephedrine and caffeine). My training was normal at about four days a week.
Hope this answers your questions. As mentioned I’m sure that not every product will work for every single person but this supplement was a huge hit for me. I’ve been in the bodybuilding game for almsot 15 years so I’ve tried lots of products and not many have made the impact that NO2 has on me.
JOE, no Ed Byrd did not create creatine - I never said that. He was the one who brought it to the supplement industry though. Biotest didn’t create tribulus yet they were the ones to really introduce a top quality version. Next Nutrition didn’t invent whey, but wee one of the first companies to market a good quality product. Know what I mean?
what is your obsession with the words “pee” and “wee”?
BTW, when Ed and Anthony brought creatine to Bill for good countrywide marketing, there was some scientific published studies of safety & efficacy, to date there are NONE for this NO2 product.
Actually nitic oxide is one of the most versatile and intesively studies molecules produced in cells. In 1992 it was named “Molecule of the Year” by Science magazine and in 1998 Furchgott, Ignarro, and Murad were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology/Medicine for their discoveries regarding nitric oxide as a signaling molecule in the cardiovascular system. I can site at least 12 studies regarding nitric oxide and how it acts in the body but that, in all honesty would require more time and effort than I’m willing to give to this discussion. NO2 worked for me so that’s really all I can say. Hope it works for you too.
BTW I used the word “pee” once and “wee” was supposed to read “was” - my mistake. Then again my name’s not Chad so perhaps your obsession lies elsewhere. ![]()
I can’t say I have any real take on the product but I could think of other products that would have similar characteristics - that being any of the “male performance” supplements used for sexual health. Most of those procucts will contain arginine as well as well as yohimbine and saw palmetto, along with other odds and ends. I’ve heard these products dubbed as “poor man’s viagara,” and that it was really a hit or miss kind of thing…it worked for some and not for others. Could it be that some people are just non-responsive to the active ingredients (primarily the arginine) just like some people are non-responsive to creatine?
WELL LET PEOPLE TRY IT AND LETS SEE HOW MANY DEMAND REFUNDS.SUPPLEMENTS ARE HYPED AND COME AND GO, AND NO2 IS IN THE GO BOX.NO2 IS LIKE A GH RELEASER,A LOT OF HYPE BUT NO RESULTS.
well i think ill stack no2 with gamma oryzanol and some sterols and ill have the results ive always wanted lol.
Marshall, that could be… if the active
component is the arginine, then it is the
case that where arginine has been touted
for pro-erectile effect, there are only
some who think it works, and are quite
convinced of it, whereas for most it
does nothing whatsoever. Perhaps (I have
not studied it so cannot say beyond
speculation) for some people arginine
may be limiting, but for most it is not.
It’s surprising to me arginine would be limiting for anyone on a high protein diet,
since a great deal of it is consumed in
the diet and another 5 grams or whatever is only a modest percentage increase.
