So i was just wondering from your guys personal experience which product is better. I know No-Xplode has been around for a while and a similar product is newer. So i thought i would see what you guys thought before ordering either. Also if you could let me know the best way to take it and what should i gear my workouts for when i take it such as more high rep lower weight or just medium rep heavy weight or what?
Any help would be appreciated since i haven’t really used anything but protein and creatine before now. Also Im in the market for a new protein powder. So any suggestions would be nice
no xplode worked pretty well for me a couple years ago way better than the gaspari product i think super pump…but yeah i just take some aakg and kre alkalyn and it does the job with a no calorie energy shot that i get from a 99cent store an that does it since im restricting carbs at the moment
but i been interested in the vapor but yet everything is hyped hahaha but HOT-ROX is legit
edit
*just asked around and they said there are others pretty much worthless even more so than bsn

BSN products aren’t worth the plastic they’re packaged in.

BSN booth girls are a different story…
By the way, agree with the others here. Go for Surge Workout Fuel. And if you need a good kick in the ass, drink a Spike Shooter before you get to the gym.
Yes Red, the real science of completely ignoring the scientific community. I love how you ignored my last post on this topic as well red, your beautiful.
Anyways… Don’t expect to gain tons of muscle, or for it to alter your life. I’d take a pill instead of a powder, and MuscleMeds eNOXIDE is actual Nitric Oxide. True story. But I would suggest taking Super Charge Extreme if you want a NO powder, and you have the money. If you’re young, or under 185, I’d suggest you take the well aimed advice of your peers and get some Surge. I hear it’s good stuff.

Last I checked, studies show that supplementation is useless, unless with an IV.
You linked something from wikipedia if I recall. Care to link something from an actual person in the BB community? Someone who isn’t biased, and has at least a partial science background.
Oh and the dig at the Biotest products, the ingredients they’re putting in their products are actually based on science. Yes sometimes the science of it changes, and not everything works for every person, but the theory is sound. Ever wonder why BSN or other NO companies have to have 12 page testimonials and “research findings” in the muscle mags? Because people buy into the bullshit. Where are the Biotest advertisements at? Yet they still seem to sell a lot of product don’t they. Strange…
I will say the placebo effect is strong, and if it helps you get through your workout more power too you. The tests I’ve done on myself (yes I went through my NO phase) showed no increases in anything other than a “sick pump”
Fact: You will find a lot more people who like NO on bodybuilding.com than T-Nation. They take more NO products there and with more users they can discuss which “works” better. Rather than here where all you will hear is “prove it works” and “where are the studies?” then you get the odd poster or two who insists it works.
After all these threads NOT ONE credible study has ever been posted. EVER. These posters resort to “I don’t need to see the studies, I KNOW this stuff works”. I don’t bother ask “where are the studies” THERE ARE NONE.
No explode literally is crap there is a lawsuit against them for lying about the ingredients. Company’s like BSN prey on people new to lifting with flashy adds ridiculous claims and endorsements. Stay away from anything they make. I am currently taking Anabolic Switch and a Spike Shooter before my workouts, although once im done with Switch im gunna try Surge Workout Fuel. But IMO stay as far away from no explode as you can total rip off.
