To make a long story short, i didnt get a chance to DL for my 1st week into the 531 program, so tonight is my DL, should I just do the 2nd wk or just wait until the the next cycle to start it?

Yea, and take a deload week this month, and when you are supposed to deload for deadlift, instead do your 95% day
basically, make it up on the deload day, ive done it tons and my deadlift hasnt plateaued in years
