ILOVEGEORGEWBUSH5,
The contract was for one month.
Thank you for being honest enough to follow through.
You fulfilled your obligation nobly.
By the way, for RSU it was accept THE CHALLENGE, lose it, and disappear for exactly one month.
Thanks again!!!

I breached no contract.
Sorry if my disappearing act disappointed you, JeffR, but I hadn’t enough of an inclination to post on the forums under my regular handle, much less another one.
Perhaps ZEB was more satisfied, as I held up what would have been about 1/3 of his challenge!
RSU,
Glad you are back, Zeb has taken to thinking I am “ultra-liberal” in your absence… ![]()
vroom:
You are wrong again! I always thought you were “ultra-liberal.”

LOL…ZEB beat me to it – he’s been calling you that as long as I can remember!
Personally, I missed being called hateful, so I’m back for more! (kidding)

Stamping orthodoxy?
"On the other hand, I hope Lumpy is OK!!! "
No, Limbic is still not Lumpy.
"Anyone can PM if they feel the need to say it in a more personal fashion! "
I second this statement. And don’t forget, this is the internet: I fear no one, especially you. Oh, by the way, have you posted your competition meets and numbers?

Are these statements religious zeal, or have you found
"the stones "
to “come out”?
I’ll tear the door off the closet if you need assistance. Courage, my son, the mark of the man.
You can wear your bench shirt if you want.
Limbic,
Welcome to the forum?
Your last post was nonsense. Will you clarify some points?

Brother Elk wrote this sentence. Are you talking to him?

What in the hell are you talking about?
Clarify.
If you want, I’d be happy to give you some size and strength numbers. I bust my ass in the gym and the results speak for themselves.
If that’s what you want, PM me and I’ll give you honest answers.
If you are just some weakling trying to act tough over the internet, say so and don’t waste any more of my time.
Thanks,
JeffR
And,
I forgot to do a Member Search for my previous response so I’ll add this post to it.
JeffR:
517 posts, and all political? Come, come, Jeffy, on a website devoted to physical fitness you’ve not found the inclination to share even one insight on matters physical? Pathetic.
Shall we huddle together, casting well-timed disparaging looks at “the New One”, suppressing our shivers of fear at “the One to be Ignored” has “found us Out”?
And you call yourself a T-Man. Don’t. Do call for reinforcements, your Spam-Brothers.
Hit-it, you’re on.
Ha, ha, ha…Ha, ha, ha…vroom may be able to explain to you… …ho, ho, ho…
Now THAT was a good one.
Limbic,
I’ve written you a PM this evening.
Again, I’d be to expound upon my training regimen and anything else you might want to discuss.
I read many of the articles and discussions on the training forum.
I don’t have much to add beyond, “Use heavy compound movements and stay away from excuses. Use as much volume as you can. Understand your body and train with maximum intensity.”
I’d be happy to type that in a training forum.
Have a great day!!!
JeffR
You sound like you train with wisdom as that’s definitely the key.
The internet format has its demands. Feel free to chime in on topics other than politics, especially when it’s obvious some of these characters are banging skulls, only. I accept their challenges fully, all is in flux.
Limbic, you are obviously confusing the hell out of that poor witless dude. Meany.

Dear Mr. Limpic,
You probably don’t know this, but that guy that used to be on this forum named Lumpy that some have accused you of being. Well, one of his favorite words was pathetic.
That’s not to say you can’t use the word, after all, it is a good adjective, but you should probably be sparing with it, or some on this forum will have flashbacks.
Mr. Chen, JeffR, and vroom:
To give you guys a sense of what promotes such outbursts from me, consider this:
I posted somewhere comments on Arnold’s picture in the archives of his back shot, and if you look attentively at his lower latissimus you’ll see not only definition but significant mass. An unusual amount of mass, not an easy part of the anatomy to fill in THAT much, even for bodybuilders with patrons. Now Arnold used to train with Franco Columbu, and has been quoted as being impressed with Franco’s strength on a number of occasions. Franco is not one of Poliquin’s weak bodybuilders. If you look, even glance at Franco’s back development in his archives photo… So these two bodybuilders obviously did something different than the “average” bodybuilder. Maybe they had training secrets or a more effective program? A natural question to posit.
So what kind of response do I get? Some meathead replies by implying that I have an aversion to weight training, and maybe I thought Arnold used “bondo”!
So I read some of his posts, and frankly the boy ain’t really too bright. But he thought he was “stealing the show”. He doesn’t exist, he IS the show!
Then I get some other clown on a bench shirt thread altruistically sacrificing himself to defend Rychlak when Rychlak competes only in non-drug testing meets, the clown denigrates Franco by implying he used “boatloads” of steroids while I’m to credit his play-pretend assumption that his current heroes in the powerlifting world don’t use any? This clown’s thinking is a manifestation of retardation, the “mental challenge” has mounted and he’s being ridden. He says “So it’s not OK to use a bench shirt, but it is OK to use “boatloads” of steroids?” As if he were holding the concept of relativity before your face, and then several posts later tells you that if you don’t know what you’re talking about you should shut up!
As if Gene Rychlak gave a “rat’s ass” for your altruistic suicide in his name!!
Top benchers may be able to fool around with shirts, but why would anyone else bother? Do rack lockouts with chains – it used to be good enough… Then something changed – that’s what you’re looking at there, a psychological change. Top benchers breaking the identification process lesser benchers use to plan their personal progress. Humor, poker-faced humor. I have to be careful, though, if I explain too much “one poster” will demand my “competition meets and numbers”. The Promo Man.
OMG, the gloves are off! How dare you include me in the same line of address as the Chen’ster and the Jeff’ster.
I’m mortified, outraged, incensed and just plain stupified at such a slap in the face.
Time to go to the gym and work out this angst! Oh, woe is me, the cortisol levels are spiking!

What is that guys name from howard stern…Eliot Offen? Something like that.
If you know whom Im referring to, don’t you just see him typing away under the username “limbic”. Freaky posts…
JD430,
Frankly, Limbic makes me nervous. Anyone who decides to adress vroom, Brother Elk and myself jointly, is more than a little off. It’s almost as though Limbic thinks we have SOMETHING IN COMMON!!!
No!!!
JeffR
JD430:
Want to see freaky? Go to 1,000 lb. Bench Has Been Done in the Strength section.
How anybody could evade the arguments presented in that thread can only be explained by the camaraderie of the Old Boy network,
or that they work for shirt manufacturers. As they say, Powerlifters’ money spends as well as yours or mine, as well as pink money, or as well as funny money, or as well as dirty money. Those posters’ intentions are not what you assume them to be. This is the internet. All is in flux.
JeffR:
Upon further reflection, your prescription for lifting is probably the most lucid I’ve seen in some time.
And yes, paranoia can be funny.
Limbic,
Thank you.
Too many people look for shortcuts to size and strength.
The basics work.
