Alright, I have learned a lot ‘bout correct nutrition and getting the most out of a workout. I need to quit bitchin’, suck it up, and lift. I’m making this diet/progress log on here for a couple reaons.
You guys, please, yell at me/ encourage me to eat right and lift right. Also chime in with any suggestions.
I really want to get bigger/stronger so I think this log will help.
I’m going to start tomorrow for sure and I’ll do my best to post every night of my lifts and consumption of food.

Indeed, I thought the same thing, until I opened the cupboard and found that peanut butter no longer existed and my fridge no longer held the great dairy snack of cottage cheese
